We regularly get suspicious emails from China offering us creates of branded shoes, especially Ugg boots. No doubt there are some outlets for these, otherwise they wouldn't bother trying us. So, beware of sites showing suspiciously low prices on all shoes – a genuine site may well offer a few sale items, but if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
Be wise when buying online; do not enter your credit card details on any site you suspect may be selling counterfeit goods.
The key test you must always take is, does the site have a proper UK address and landline telephone number. If not, what are they trying to hide?
